Parking is available in the CAMH underground garage which is accessible from Spadina just north of College and in the Huron St. underground garage which is located between Russell and College (east side). Metered street parking is also available on Spadina.

Classes at WSKO Toronto Branch usually have the following structure.
Samu
Cleaning of the practice space. This serves both a practical and philosophical purpose.
Chinkon-Gyo
A period of the class which includes recitation of Seiku, Seigan and Shinjo (verses containing core ideas of ShorinjiKempo philosophy) and zazen meditation.
Taiso
Exercises to warm-up the body followed by stretching.
Kihon
Basic training. This includes single-form practice of key movements (e.g. punches, kicks, blocks), footwork and tan'en hokei/kata. Ukemi (breakfalls) and un'yoho/randori (sparring) are also included in this section of the class.
Gakka
Lecture on aspects of ShorinjiKempo philosophy or technique.
Hokei
Practice of syllabus techniques with a partner. The members split into groups according to grade at this point.
